CANCELLATION POLICY

This Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made from REVIVAL TRAINING CLUB, also trading as REVIVAL and R3V ("we", "us", "our").

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We understand that circumstances may change after an order has been placed.

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible by contacting us at:

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before processing, production, fulfilment, or dispatch begins.

Once an order has entered production, fulfilment, packaging, or dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible.

As many products are manufactured, printed, embroidered, or prepared specifically following purchase, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

  1. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Certain products are produced specifically for each customer order.

These may include:

• Printed garments
• Embroidered garments
• Limited releases
• Custom products
• Special collections

Where production has already commenced, cancellation requests may be refused or subject to deductions for costs already incurred, where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing within this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

  1. PRE-ORDERS

Products offered on a pre-order basis may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead become subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Estimated dispatch dates for pre-orders are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Where digital products, downloadable content, training programmes, memberships, or community access are offered, cancellation rights may be limited once access has been granted.

Where permitted by law, digital products that have been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or consumed may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Any applicable refund rights will be outlined within the relevant product description or service terms.

  1. COACHING SERVICES

Where coaching services are purchased:

• Cancellation requests submitted before services commence may be eligible for a refund.
• Once coaching services have started, refunds may be limited or unavailable depending on the nature of the service provided.
• Ongoing coaching subscriptions may be cancelled in accordance with the terms applicable to the specific coaching package.

Separate coaching agreements may contain additional cancellation provisions.

  1. REFUNDS FOR APPROVED CANCELLATIONS

Where a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of cancellation approval, although processing times may vary depending on payment providers and financial institutions.

  1. DISPATCHED ORDERS

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer require a dispatched item, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for information regarding return eligibility.

  1. FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests where we reasonably believe:

• Fraudulent activity has occurred
• Payment verification has failed
• Abuse of our policies is taking place
• The request breaches our Terms of Service
