RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made from REVIVAL TRAINING CLUB, also trading as REVIVAL and R3V ("we", "us", "our").

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable legislation.

  1. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the fault, damage, or incorrect item

Where a fault, damage, or error is confirmed, we may, at our discretion:

• Replace the item
• Repair the item where appropriate
• Issue a full refund
• Issue a partial refund where appropriate

Where required by law, any reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed.

  1. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Be free from marks, odours, stains, or damage
• Be in their original condition
• Include all original tags and labels
• Be returned with original packaging where reasonably possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return transit.

  1. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

• Full name
• Order number
• Reason for return

Return instructions will be provided once your request has been reviewed.

Items returned without prior contact may experience delays in processing.

  1. REFUNDS

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase.

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of:

• Receiving the returned item; or
• Receiving evidence that the item has been returned, where required by law.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless:

• The item was faulty
• The item was damaged upon arrival
• We supplied the wrong item
• Applicable law requires otherwise

  1. EXCHANGES

Where stock availability permits, exchanges may be offered for alternative sizes, colours, or replacement items.

If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, a refund may be issued in accordance with this policy.

  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unless faulty or required by law, the following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Digital products or downloadable content
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Special-order products
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or misused after delivery
• Items returned in an unsanitary condition

  1. PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it becomes subject to this Returns & Refunds Policy.

Estimated dispatch dates for pre-orders are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Where digital products, coaching services, memberships, subscriptions, or community access are offered, separate terms may apply.

Unless otherwise required by law, digital products that have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered may not be eligible for refunds.

  1. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers may be responsible for:

• Import duties
• Customs charges
• Taxes
• Local handling fees

These charges are determined by local authorities and are not controlled or refunded by REVIVAL TRAINING CLUB.

  1. FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges where we reasonably believe:

• Fraudulent activity has occurred
• Abuse of this policy is taking place
• Returned items do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy
