Some products may be held in stock, while others may be manufactured, printed, embroidered, or fulfilled specifically for your order. As a result, production and shipping times may vary depending on the items purchased.

All orders are reviewed and processed following successful payment.

Orders are generally processed within 1–7 business days, although some products may require additional preparation or production time before dispatch.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

This does not indicate that part of your order is missing.

LOST, DAMAGED OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Claims relating to damaged deliveries should include photographic evidence where available.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Orders will be considered delivered when confirmed by the courier to the address provided at checkout.
Once delivery has been confirmed, responsibility for the package passes to the customer, except where otherwise required by law.
